When you submit an inquiry, we collect the name, email address, phone number, message, and text messaging preference you provide. The opt-out form collects the mobile number to remove and any optional contact information you supply. Our website and form services may also record submission time, IP address, browser information, and technical data used to operate the site and help prevent abuse.

How we use information

We use your information to respond to inquiries, help with appointment scheduling, provide customer care, record messaging preferences, and process opt-out requests. Text messages are sent only within the scope of your consent. Our contact form does not enroll you in promotional texts.

This website may use cookies and similar technologies for site operation and analytics. Embedded Google Maps may collect device, browser, network, and usage information under Google’s policies. Opening external booking links may allow those providers to collect information under their own policies. You can manage cookies through your browser settings.

Form submissions and communication preferences are sent to Sonia by email and may be retained in email records so we can respond, document consent, honor opt-outs, and meet applicable recordkeeping obligations. We take reasonable steps to protect information, but no online transmission or storage method is completely secure. Please do not submit payment card details or sensitive health information through these forms.
