Our text messaging program

When you choose to receive texts from Pompeii Skin Care, we may send messages about your inquiries, appointment scheduling, appointment reminders, and customer care. Our contact form collects consent for these informational messages only; it does not enroll you in promotional texts.

Your choice

Text messaging is optional. Providing a phone number alone does not give consent to receive recurring texts. You may submit an inquiry, book an appointment, or purchase services without consenting to text messages.

Frequency and costs

Message frequency varies with your inquiries and appointments. Message and data rates may apply under your mobile carrier’s plan. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Opt out

Reply STOP to a message from Pompeii Skin Care to unsubscribe. You may receive a final confirmation of your opt-out. You may also use our Text Message Opt-Out form or contact Sonia to request removal. Website requests are sent to Sonia for processing.
